SUMMER WITH BEST
BEST will like to thank AutoZone, Meijer, Courtyard, and many other locations who were involved with helping the young adults of our communities. With this program we were able to help provide work readiness and skills necessary for employment over the summer. Now from this experience on, our young adults will have prior knowledge of what is required at a work site. To all of our coaches, managers, and staff who helped provide this experience. Thank you all for the days, hours, and seconds of your time. Students were able to learn discipline, teamwork, independence, deadlines, product knowledge, punctuality, coordination, cleaning safely, customer service, and many other skills.
COMPLETION CERTIFICATE
Every BESTIE who was involved with completing our Summer Program received a certificate of completion. Individually signed by Best Essential's Sheila Hills who is one of our organizers for the program, professor in office, and main connect with the schools we are associated with. Joining her was Chelsea Gouin-Leslie who helps us mainly during the summer as she is on the week to week duty teaching students during the active school year. We want to thank them both for their commitment and dedication to a successful summer BIG congrats to the students who prospered!
JOB KNOWLEDGE
Here we have a BESTIE who loved to stock and his name is Hasani. As he started the the program he made growth in organizing shelves and enjoyed his production after completing each task he was given. Thank you to everyone for showing up to learn, thank you to everyone who made a friend, thank you to everyone who believed in BEST to do right by them, thanks to the parents for trusting us, and thanks to ALL of the staff who helped us complete the summer (especially our caseload specialists ;)
