Get in the zone with Noah & Hasani
Thanks to our partners at AutoZone located at 388 N Gratiot Ave, Clinton Township, MI 48036 we are able to give our clients the chance to work in a automotive retail setting. Noah and Hasani are two of our summer program students that will be working on their job readiness, learning products, and preparing for any other employment they want to seek in the future. Here at AutoZone they will learn things like attention to detail. This helps them practice paying attention to product brand placement, stocking techniques, and store knowledge for customers. Which brings us to another thing they will learn here, customer service. We all know nobody likes a bad experience at the store, we already have to spend our money right? When someone needs help finding a product, reaching an item, or just needs a smile put on their face. Noah and Hasani will be there to learn the techniques and importance of great customer service and provide it for any guests. We take pride in our job coaches being the 1 on 1 or sometimes 1 on 2,3,4 etc.. to mold, guide, and mentor our clients to be the BEST in the business.
Product knowledge
Here we see our clients working, and posing for the image of what learning product knowledge is. Noah is scanning the item to then find its placement while Hasani waits with his hand out to take the product to the place Noah gives him. Using the scanner clients are able to easily identify the isle, shelf, and area each item is placed at.
Stocking techniques
Hasani is looking at the shelf to figure out where and how these products are to be placed. He noticed all of the products are the same brand, but has different colors and labels to display there are specific things differentiating them. To avoid confusion he will place the items in a uniform like style, matching each color with each other.
