Gabby is also an owner and a Co-Chief of Operations at BEST as well as handling the behind the scenes of all of our placement clients! Gabby helps develop jobs as well as place clients into existing positions that best fit a client's needs. She is working around the clock to make sure all individuals are placed appropriately in a line of work that aligns with one's interests and passions. Gabby also helps new coaches pick up skills to better create and place clients!

One of the owners and the Chief Financial Officer. Malik has been involved in direct care work with persons with disabilities for many years. He has brought his years of experience and passion for helping persons with disabilities to BEST Essential Services. His intelligence and kindness is an asset to our company. He also has a bachelors degree in business finance.

Kurt is a Job coach and Specialist for BEST Essential!  Having worked as an educator for years in the Clintondale School systems and also at Macomb Community College at the Learning Centers and Reading and Writing Studios as a tutor, test technician and writing consultant for over a decade, Kurt assisted students with a wide array of needs to achieve success in their studies. Eventually, he resigned from working in the educational field and spent some time at the Henry Ford Museum as a Historic Presenter, specifically during the season that the museum spotlighted a Disney/Pixar exhibit in their Gallery. Trained by Dolores Jones-Hoffman, Kurt worked under Dolores for several years before she opened B.E.S.T. Essential Services and began to bring in a team. Kurt has seen many clients already find success in the workforce. He believes in the work that he does and is proud of the team that complements his talents.  

Jim is a Job coach for BEST Essential! Jim has been working in job coaching for awhile now, and has brought his skills he has gained over the years to BEST Essential! Jim has worked our summer program and has nothing but great reviews from his clients. Jim has created positive relationships with his clients to better serve the community for years to come. Paige is a new addition to the BEST Essential team. Paige is starting her life at BEST as a Job coach! After shadowing a few coaches and clients, she learned how to interact, teach, and guide clients. She has been a quick learner, motivated, and dedicated to our community. Welcome, Paige!
