Coordinate with the Job Developer to Identify and secure appropriate employment opportunities aligned with client skills, preferences, and Individualized Plans for Employment (IPE).
This position holder is in charge of the progress and effort contributed to getting clients a competitive employment job. This position includes driving business to business, building relationships, scheduling, and more.
This position holder is in charge of the entire office, scheduling, support, agendas, and more. Oversee all clients, developers, and caseload specialists to make sure they are successful.
This position holder is adjacent hand to the coordinator. They scan papers, file intake meetings, do all of the office's clerical work, and admin for everyone.
This position holder is in charge of the reports written by our job coaches, developers, and caseload specialists. They oversee the information and do the data entry. They are also our office support.
This position holder is in charge of going to schools to teach job skills,strategies, self regulation for anxiety,and prep for competitive employment. They also job coach and do work boxes to help clients.
This position holder is in charge mileage, payroll, work ethics, staffing, and more.
This position holder is in charge of the entire organization.
